1. About TrackNova
TrackNova is a performance marketing tracking and attribution platform operated by Averionyx Systems LLP. The platform supports click routing, conversion measurement, postback handling, reporting, lead routing, partner operations and traffic-quality workflows.
TrackNova provides technical measurement infrastructure. It does not represent the final advertiser offer and does not replace the terms, privacy notice or disclosures of the advertiser, publisher, agency, network or other party responsible for a campaign destination.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing the TrackNova website, creating an account, configuring a campaign or using a TrackNova tracking endpoint, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use TrackNova on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
TrackNova is intended for businesses and authorized professional users. You must provide accurate information, keep account details current and comply with the laws and advertising policies applicable to your campaigns.
3. Authorized campaign use
Authorized customers may use TrackNova to measure lawful advertising and partner activity, route campaign clicks, validate conversions, exchange postbacks and review reporting data. Customers are responsible for:
- Using only campaigns, destinations, identifiers and data they are authorized to use.
- Providing accurate campaign configuration and correcting misleading or outdated information.
- Providing appropriate privacy notices and obtaining any consent or permission required for their tracking methods.
- Ensuring that campaign destinations, offers, creatives and claims comply with applicable law and partner agreements.
4. Tracking links and third-party destinations
A TrackNova link may route a visitor to a destination selected by an authorized customer. The customer is responsible for the destination’s availability, content, terms, privacy practices and required disclosures. TrackNova does not endorse or control third-party destinations.
Once a visitor leaves TrackNova, the destination operator’s terms, privacy policy, cookies and data practices apply. Customers must not use TrackNova to conceal a destination, mislead users, bypass platform safeguards or operate an unauthorized open redirect.
5. Prohibited activities
You must not use TrackNova for unauthorized access, scanning, spam, phishing, malware distribution, unlawful surveillance, deceptive advertising, invalid-traffic manipulation, record tampering, safeguard circumvention or interference with service availability.
We may block or restrict links, traffic, accounts, integrations or destinations that create security, compliance, fraud, abuse or operational risks.
6. Accounts and security
Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials, limiting access to authorized personnel and all activity performed through their accounts. Notify TrackNova promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise or misuse of a campaign or integration.
TrackNova may apply reasonable rate limits, validation controls, access restrictions and security checks to protect the platform and its customers.
7. Privacy and customer data
TrackNova’s handling of website, account and campaign information is described in the Privacy Policy. For customer-directed campaign processing, customers remain responsible for the lawful collection, disclosure, consent and configuration of the data they send to TrackNova.
Customers retain their rights in the campaign data they provide, subject to the applicable service agreement. TrackNova may process that data to deliver routing, attribution, reporting, fraud prevention, security and support services.
8. Availability and service changes
We work to keep TrackNova reliable, but service availability may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, security controls, network conditions, third-party dependencies or events outside our reasonable control. We may change, improve, limit or discontinue features when necessary to operate and protect the platform.
9. Intellectual property
TrackNova branding, software, page design, documentation, interfaces and platform materials are owned by or licensed to Averionyx Systems LLP. These Terms do not transfer ownership of TrackNova or its materials. Customers retain ownership of their campaign content and data, subject to the rights needed to provide the service.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to TrackNova when a user violates these Terms, creates a security or compliance risk, fails to pay applicable charges, or uses the platform in a way that may harm TrackNova, customers, users or third parties. Where appropriate, we may provide notice, but urgent security or abuse situations may require immediate action.
On termination, customer access may end and data handling will follow the applicable service agreement and the Privacy Policy’s retention and deletion provisions.
11. Disclaimers and responsibility
TrackNova is provided as technical infrastructure for authorized campaign measurement. Customers are responsible for their campaigns, destinations, legal notices, permissions, data and results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TrackNova does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free attribution, campaign performance or the conduct of third-party destinations.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, legal requirements or operating practices change. The revised version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means that the revised Terms apply, subject to any mandatory notice or approval requirement.
