Privacy, attribution data and business inquiry handling
TrackNova is a performance marketing infrastructure platform. We provide click tracking, conversion measurement, postback monitoring, reporting, lead routing, partner operations and traffic-quality workflows for authorized customers.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
TrackNova is a product and brand operated by Averionyx Systems LLP. This Privacy Policy applies to the TrackNova website at tracknova.in, TrackNova tracking endpoints, campaign measurement services, platform interactions and related support or business communications.
TrackNova is a technical measurement service. The advertiser, publisher, agency, network or other customer that operates a campaign may have a separate privacy policy that also applies to your interaction with its website, application or offer.
2. Our role: customer-directed processing
For campaign and attribution data, TrackNova generally acts as a data processor or service provider on behalf of the authorized advertiser, publisher, agency, network or other customer that configures the campaign. That customer determines which data is collected, the purposes of the campaign, the applicable notices and the retention instructions.
For our own website, account administration, sales, support, security and legal records, Averionyx Systems LLP may act as the controller or business responsible for the relevant information. The applicable role depends on the context and the relationship through which information reaches TrackNova.
Customers and partners remain responsible for providing appropriate notices, obtaining any consent required by law, using lawful campaign destinations and ensuring that data sent to TrackNova is collected and shared lawfully.
3. Information we collect or process
Website and business communications
When you contact us or request a demonstration, we may receive your name, business email address, company, phone number, website, plan interest, message content and related correspondence.
Account and platform information
When an authorized customer or team member uses the platform, we may process account and organization details, user roles, configuration choices, campaign settings, integration details, support requests and billing or service-administration information needed to provide the service.
Campaign and attribution information
Depending on the customer’s configuration and the tracking method used, TrackNova may process:
- Click, session, campaign, offer, publisher and source identifiers.
- Conversion events, postback values, timestamps and attribution outcomes.
- Referrer, landing-page and routing information, including destination parameters supplied by an authorized customer.
- IP address, user-agent string, browser or device signals and approximate location derived from technical information.
- Traffic-quality, fraud-prevention, validation and discrepancy-investigation signals.
TrackNova is designed for campaign measurement and does not require customers to send the full content of an end user’s private account or unrelated sensitive records. Customers must not send data that is unnecessary for the configured service.
4. How we use information
We use information only for purposes connected to operating and protecting the service, including:
- Routing authorized campaign clicks to the customer-selected destination.
- Measuring clicks, conversions, postbacks and campaign performance.
- Producing reports, reconciliation records and attribution diagnostics.
- Detecting invalid traffic, fraud, abuse, spam, manipulation and unauthorized activity.
- Providing customer support, troubleshooting integrations and communicating service information.
- Maintaining availability, reliability, auditability and security.
- Meeting contractual, legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
5. Data protection and GDPR
TrackNova respects applicable data-protection requirements, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies to processing involving people in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom. Our approach is based on data minimization, purpose limitation, access controls, appropriate retention and support for applicable data-subject rights.
Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, the basis depends on the context. It may include performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests such as service security and fraud prevention, or consent where consent is required.
For customer-directed campaign processing, TrackNova processes data under the customer’s documented instructions and applicable service agreement. Customers are responsible for determining the appropriate lawful basis for their campaign and for honoring the rights and choices of people whose data they provide to TrackNova.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Some TrackNova flows may use cookies, pixels or similar identifiers to support attribution, deduplication, session recognition, conversion validation and reporting. Some integrations use server-to-server postbacks and may not require a browser cookie.
Availability and use can vary based on browser settings, campaign configuration, device controls and applicable privacy requirements. You can manage cookies through your browser or device settings. Disabling cookies or similar technologies may affect attribution or the operation of some campaign features.
The advertiser, publisher or other customer responsible for a campaign must provide any additional notice or consent mechanism required for its website, application or audience.
7. Sharing and service providers
We may make information available to authorized customers and partners, or to service providers that help us provide hosting, infrastructure, storage, analytics, communication, monitoring, security and support. Those providers may process information only to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by an applicable agreement.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process or a valid governmental request; to investigate suspected fraud, abuse or security incidents; to protect the rights, safety and integrity of TrackNova, our customers or users; or in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets or similar corporate transaction.
We do not sell personal information. We may use aggregated or de-identified information for service reliability, security, analytics and product improvement where it cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual.
8. Data ownership and third-party destinations
Customers retain their rights in the campaign information they provide to TrackNova, subject to the applicable customer agreement. TrackNova provides the technical systems used to route and measure campaigns; it does not become the owner of an advertiser’s offer, creative, website or application.
A TrackNova link may send a visitor to a destination selected by an authorized customer. Once a visitor leaves TrackNova, the destination operator’s terms, privacy policy, cookies and data practices apply. Customers must ensure that their destinations, disclosures and tracking instructions are accurate and lawful.
9. Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including attribution, reporting, security, dispute handling, service delivery, legal obligations and operational records. Retention may vary by data type, customer instructions, campaign configuration, contractual terms and legal requirements.
When a customer requests deletion or a service relationship ends, TrackNova follows the applicable agreement and operational deletion process. Limited copies may remain in encrypted backups or security records for a period necessary for recovery, fraud prevention, audit or legal compliance, after which they are deleted or isolated from ordinary use.
Customers may contact us about a data export, deletion request or retention instruction. We may need to coordinate with the customer that configured the campaign because that customer may control the relevant data and legal response.
10. Security and incident response
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These safeguards include access controls, operational monitoring, secure service configuration, restricted administrative access and processes for investigating security events.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If we identify an incident affecting customer-controlled data, we will handle notification and cooperation according to the applicable agreement and legal requirements.
11. International processing
TrackNova and its service providers may process information in locations where we or they operate. Where applicable law restricts an international transfer, we use an appropriate lawful mechanism or safeguard and work with customers on the information needed to document that transfer.
12. Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on your location and the role of TrackNova in the relevant processing, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
For campaign data, requests are often best handled first by the advertiser, publisher, agency or other customer that collected the information. You may also contact TrackNova and we will route or support the request as required by law and our agreement with the relevant customer.
Submit a privacy request: email contact@tracknova.in with the subject “TrackNova privacy request.” Please describe the request and provide enough information for us to verify and locate the relevant account, campaign or identifier. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.
13. Children’s privacy
TrackNova is a business platform and is not directed to children. Customers must not use TrackNova to knowingly collect or process children’s personal information except where they have a lawful basis, appropriate notice, required consent and a documented agreement that permits it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, legal requirements or privacy practices change. The revised version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we may also provide notice through the platform or another appropriate communication channel.
